About Our Firm

Aoife O’ Connell and Orla Clarke met as trainee solicitors, and set up the practice of O’ Connell & Clarke in January 2004. Since then they have built up a niche practice specialising in the area of environmental and planning and public law litigation. Our firm has extensive knowledge and built up experience in all areas of planning, enforcement, environmental protection, licensing, and judicial review. We have a proven track record in nuisance and trespass cases. We advise SMEs, individuals, NGOs and community groups on matters of public and private interest.
